All devices come with a one year manufacturer's warranty, provided that you are able to upload the form of proof of purchase, such as a receipt or bank statement. This way we are able to verify the warranty.
Important Note: any physical damages or system tampering (ie. water damaged, cracked screen, dropped, virus or malware, rooting unit, etc) done to the tablet will not be covered under the one year warranty.
Once you have successfully filled out the web form, you will receive a follow up email regarding the Repair Authorization Number and instruction on how to get the unit serviced.
